This blog site shares my collection of personal recipes – Mom’s home style Cantonese cooking, favorites from friends and other family members, and culinary experiences of my own.   You’ll see recipes for soups, cookies, noodles, stir-fry dishes, and little put-up jobs.  Sprinkled along the way are fermentation adventures – wine making, wild yeast bread baking, and culturing dairy and vegetables – and whatever else we find.
